In order to promote the high-quality development of renewable energy,based on the investigation of renewable energy resource endowments such as solar energy,wind energy,hydro energy,biomass energy and geothermal energy in Shanxi Province,combined with the development status quo in the 13th Five-Year Plan period and the planning objectives in the 14th Five-Year Plan period,we analyzed that spatial layout and ecological protection are the main constraints to the development of renewable energy in Shanxi Province,and according to the ecological constraints mentioned above,we have put forward countermeasures from the aspects of strict layout control,conservation and intensive use of land,integration of multi-scenarios,improvement of efficiency level,implementation of the"three-simultaneous"system of environmental protection facilities and ecological restoration,and so on.
