Soil and water conservation rate is the proportion of good soil and water conservation status to the total land area in the region.It is a macro-management index reflecting the overall status of soil and water conservation.In Dingxi,the government is coordinating the integrated protection of mountains,rivers,forests,lakes,grass and sand and the systematic management of them.Soil erosion in key areas has been effectively controlled and the ecological environment has gradually improved.However,there are difficulties in increasing the rate of soil and water conservation,the rate of soil and water conservation will be steadily increased by improving soil and water conservation control strategies,innovating soil and water conservation supervision mechanisms,accelerating comprehensive control of soil and water loss,and forming a combined force of soil and water conservation work.
