A Brief Analysis of the Comprehensive Management Project for the Ecological Clean Small Watershed in the Hongsha River Area,Xia County
The Hongsha River area has problems such as weak protection of the river source area,poor con-nectivity of the channel water system,low utilization rate of water and land resources,and poor rural infrastruc-ture.By implementing lockdown measures in the prevention and protection area,and implementing water conser-vation projects such as slope to terrace conversion,soil conservation tillage,forest and grass engineering,and spring water utilization engineering in the comprehensive management area,the prevention and control of non-point source pollution,improvement of the living environment,and construction of cultural and tourism projects will be promoted simultaneously.The ecological restoration area will take measures such as trench improvement,slope treatment,and shore greening for the Chiyu River and Wujiayu Gully,and build the area into an ecological tourism type clean small watershed.The agricultural irrigation facilities in the area will be improved,and the uti-lization rate of spring water,land productivity,and channel flood discharge capacity will be enhanced.Effectively promoting the development of local characteristic industries and tourism,achieving green mountains,clean water,beautiful villages The goal of enriching the people.Engineering construction can also provide reference and guid-ance for similar engineering constructions.
