山西省淤地坝除险加固工程设计中存在的问题分析及对策

摘要
淤地坝作为黄土高原地区治理水土流失的重要工程措施,在拦沙淤地、防洪减灾、改善生态环境等方面发挥着重要作用.然而,由于多种因素的影响,部分淤地坝存在不同程度的险情,需要进行除险加固.列举山西省淤地坝除险加固工程设计中存在的设计依据、工程等级划分、规范引用等方面的问题,并指出产生这些问题的原因,提出应对措施.以期在今后的设计中提高设计质量和水平.
Abstract
As an important engineering measure to control soil and water loss in Loess Plateau area,check dam for farmland forming plays an important role in retaining sand and silting land,flood control and disaster re-duction,and improving ecological environment.However,due to the influence of many factors,some check dams for farmland forming have varying degrees of danger and need to be strengthened.This paper enumerates the problems existing in the design basis,engineering grade division,code reference and so on in the design of the reinforcement project for check dams in Shanxi Province,points out the causes of these problems,and puts for-ward the countermeasures.It is hoped that the designer will take it as a warning in the future design and improve the quality and level of design.
