Risk Identification,Prevention and Control of the Whole Life Cycle of Silt Dam
From the perspective of the whole life cycle of silt dam,this paper summarizes the possible risk factors in the planning,design,construction,and operation of silt dams,including the quality of silt dams,operation management and maintenance,effective adjustment of reservoir capacity,and over-standard floods(heavy rainfall).On the basis of analyzing the general law of risk transmission,the corresponding prevention and control measures of various risk sources are studied.
