Ideas and Effects of Soil and Water Loss Control in Yuncheng Section of Fenhe River Basin
The total area of Yuncheng section of Fenhe River Basin is 3 623 km2,and the area of soil erosion is 2 136 km2,accounting for 58.96％of the total area.In recent years,through the implementation of soil and water conservation projects,a total of 100 km2 of soil and water loss area has been controlled,700 hectares of slope has been changed,and 7 warping dams have been reinforced.The management of soil and water loss in the basin coordinates the management of mountains,rivers,forests,fields,lakes and grasses.Combined with the local people's poverty alleviation and improvement of production and living conditions,it puts forward the construction of check dams,strengthening the control of closure,carrying out the comprehensive management of small watersheds,building ecologically clean small watersheds,improving the mechanism and system of soil and water loss management,carrying out the construction of soil and water conservation in the basin,creating the ecological environment of green hills in Yuncheng section of Fenhe River Basin,and promoting the rural revitalization of the basin and the sustainable and high-quality development of the economy.
