汾河中游枯水期抗生素分布特征研究

研究采用LC/MS/MS法对汾河中游45个位点,枯水期水体中常见的五大类(四环素类、磺胺类、大环内酯类、喹诺酮类、氯霉素类)共35种抗生素含量进行了检测.其中,四环素类抗生素未检出,其余四大类中共检测到16种抗生素,含量由高到低分别为磺胺类、氯霉素类、喹诺酮类和大环内酯类,浓度范围0.26~54.40 ng/mL,检出率范围2.2%~84.4%.抗生素含量在空间上整体表现为汾河东支流>西支流>干流,无论干流还是支流,磺胺类抗生素均占主导地位.从整体来看,各种抗生素浓度较低,环境风险较低.
Distribution Characteristics of Antibiotics in the Middle Reaches of Fenhe River during Dry Season
In this study,LC/MS/MS was used to detect a total of 35 kinds of antibiotics beyond to five common classes(tetracycline,sulfonamides,macrolides,quinolones and chloramphenicol)in 45 sites in the middle reaches of Fenhe River during dry season.Among them,tetracycline antibiotics were not detected,and 16 kinds of antibiotics were detected beyond to the remaining four classes,with an order of sulfonamides,chloramphenicol,quinolones and macrolides.The concentrations ranged from 0.26 to 54.40 ng/mL,with the detection rates ranging from 2.2%to 84.4%.The overall antibiotic content of Fenhe river was East tributary>West tributary>Main stream,and sulfonamides were dominant in both main stream and tributaries.On the whole,the content of various antibiotics is low,and the environmental risk is low.
