Practice Mode,Problem Review and Optimization Path of Rural Living Environment Improvement of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle
The improvement of rural living environment is an important task of rural construction at present.The Chengdu-Chongq-ing economic circle has explored three types of models in the rural living environment remediation action:government-led model,PPP model and civilian-government model.The reason for the difference of models is that the county(district)government,village cadres,villagers and enterprises play different roles in the environmental remediation process,and this leads to heterogeneous ac-tions.At present,in view of the problems of lack of social capital supply,insufficient participation of villagers,absence of construc-tion supervision and imperfect management and protection mechanism,path optimization should be implemented by increasing the supply channels of social capital,innovating the participation methods of villagers,optimizing the quality of construction supervi-sion and building a long-term management and protection mechanism.
