为揭示流溪河水库沉积物磷形态组成与分布特征,在水库4处代表性区域采集柱状沉积物,采用SMT(sequential multi-step extraction)法进行磷分级含量进行测定,综合分析沉积物磷盐分布及组成对水质的潜在影响.研究结果表明:流溪河水库表层沉积物总磷(total phosphorus,TP)含量在196.15~490.25 mg/kg,处于轻度污染水平;无机磷(inorganic phosphorus,IP)和有机磷(organic phosphorus,OP)浓度分别在 71.69~203.45 mg/kg和 99.65~202.82 mg/kg;氢氧化钠提取磷(铁铝结合磷)(sodium hydroxide extraction of phosphorus,NaOH-P)浓度在65.47~134.75 mg/kg;盐酸提取磷(钙结合磷)(hydrochloric acid extraction of phosphorus,HCl-P)浓度在25.30~65.02 mg/kg,所有样点IP占TP比例在30.55%~32.92%,OP占TP比例在41.37%~50.80%,除吕田外其余样点沉积物OP为TP的主要形态.IP以NaOH-P为主,NaOH-P含量占到IP含量的53.45%以上.流溪河水库沉积物TP与磷形态含量间存在极显著正相关关系,说明该水库沉积物中磷形态含量相互间显著影响且来源相同.流溪河水库沉积物中烧失量(loss on ignition,LOI550)与OP和NaOH-P相关性显著,而与TP和IP相关性不强.流溪河水库沉积物磷形态组成及气候特点表明该水库中沉积物具有一定的磷释放能力.
Distribution and Pollution Characteristics of Phosphorus Fractions in Core Sediments of Liuxihe Reservoir
To reveal the composition and distribution characteristics of phosphorus phosphorus forms in sediments of Liuxihe Reser-voir,columnar sediments were collected from four representative areas of the reservoir,and SMT(sequential multi-step sampling)was used to determine the phosphorus content and comprehensively analyze the potential impact of sediment phosphorus distribu-tion and composition on water quality.The total phosphorus(TP)contents of surface sediments at four sampling sites were between 196.15 and 490.25 mg/kg,which were classified as slightly polluted;inorganic phosphorus(IP)contents were ranged from 71.69 mg/kg to 203.45 mg/kg;Organic phosphorus(OP)contents were ranged from 99.65 mg/kg to 202.82 mg/kg;NaOH extractable phospho-rus(NaOH-P)contents were ranged from 65.47 mg/kg to 134.75 mg/kg;HCl extractable phosphorus(HCl-P)contents were ranged from 25.30 mg/kg to 65.02 mg/kg.OP was the dominant fraction of phosphorus in the sediment and the NaOH-P was the main forms of IP.A significant relationship was found between the TP and phosphorus fractions.The results show that the sources of phosphorus fractions in sediments of Liuxihe Reservoir are relatively uniform.A significant relationship was found between the LOI550 and OP,NaOH-P.The composition characteristics of phosphorus fractions in the sediments of Liuxihe Reservoir indicate that the sediments had potential phosphorus release capacity.
