Simultaneous determination of six constituents in Xiangsha Hewei pills by HPLC
Objective To establish an high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method for the simultaneous determination of narirutin,naringin,hesperidin,neohesperidin,honokiol and magnolol in Xiangsha Hewei pills.Methods The separation was performed on an Elite Sino Chrom ODS-BP C18 column(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm)with 0.2%phosphoric acid aqueous solution(A)-acetonitrile(B)as mobile phase for gradient elution.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 230 nm,the injection volume was 10 μ.L,and the column temperature was 30 ℃.Results Narirutin,naringin,hesperidin,neohesperidin,honokiol and magnolol showed good linear relationships within the ranges of 3.274-32.740 μg/mL(r=0.999 8),6.882-68.820 μg/mL(r=0.999 9),20.966-209.660 μg/mL(r=0.999 9),5.754-57.540 μg/mL(r=0.999 9),1.980-19.800 μg/mL(r=0.999 9),2.274-22.740 μg/mL(r=0.999 9),respectively.The average recoveries were 101.00%(RSD=0.71%),101.92%(RSD=0.60%),102.37%(RSD=0.58%),98.05%(RSD=0.43%),100.98%(RSD=0.81%),100.64%(RSD=0.83%),respectively.Conclusion The established HPLC method has the advantages of high sensitivity,simple operation and good specificity,which can provide a basis for the quality control of Xiangsha Hewei pills.
