摘要
金岳霖的语言哲学主要体现在《知识论》《论道》两书及《势至原则》等论文中.金岳霖对语言的本质、语言的特性与功能、思想与语言的关系、语言如何把握形上之道等语言哲学的重要问题都进行了深刻的探讨.其有关语言是应付所与的工具、本然陈述把握形上之道的观点是其语言哲学的特色所在,反映了其新实在论的理论特点.金岳霖是中国现代重要的语言哲学家,在中国语言哲学史上具有重要的历史地位.
Abstract
Jin Yuelin's philosophy of language is mainly embodied in his works such as Theory of Knowledge,On Dao,"Principle of Potentiality",etc.Jin has deeply discussed core issues in the philosophy of language such as the essence of language,the characteristics and functions of language,the relationship between thought and language,and how to grasp the metaphysical way of language.His view that language is a tool to deal with and that statements of the original state the way to grasp the metaphysical Dao is the characteristic of his philosophy of language,which reflects the theoretical characteristics of his new realism.Jin is an important modern Chinese philosopher of language and plays an important role in the history of Chinese language philosophy.
