中国古代哲学中并无"理性"一语,理性作为中国哲学术语的出场是近代以来的事.在中国近代哲学史上,张东荪以"即输入即创建"的方式完成了对中国哲学理性观的建构.就"输入"而言,张东荪不仅对西方哲学家的理性观进行绍述,而且在哲学史的书写中引介西方理性主义思潮.就"创建"而论,张东荪试图沟通中西之"理",并以富含中国哲学特质的"条理理性""理智理性"解构西方18世纪的理性观.从西方理性观的自觉输入和中国哲学理性观建构的过程来看,张东荪的独特贡献在于完成了对中国古代哲学"理"的"通过"和对西方"理性"观的"超过",实现了"即输入即创建"的理论创获.
Abstract
There was no word of"reason"in ancient Chinese philosophy,and the appearance of reason in Chinese philosophy is a matter of modern times.In the history of modern Chinese philosophy,ZHANG Dong-sun completed the construction of rational view of Philosophy of Chinese language in the way of"absorbing and creating".As far as"absorbing"is concerned,ZHANG not only narrated the rational views of western philosophers,but also introduced western rationalism in the writing of the history of philosophy.As for"creating",ZHANG tried to integrate the"reason"in Chinese philosophy and that in western philosophy,and deconstructed the western view of reason in the 18th century with the"logical reason"and"rational reason"featured with Chinese philosophical characteristics.From the conscious absorption of western rational view to the construction process of Chinese philosophical rational view,ZHANG's unique contribution lied in his"going through"li in the ancient Chinese philosophy and"surpassing"of the western view of"reason",and realized the theoretical creation of"absorbing and creating".
