Exploration of the Characteristics of the Prescription for Dysentery Based on Zhong Hua Yi Dian
Objective To explore the medication characteristics and prescription rules of treating dysentery in ancient books through cluster analysis and factor analysis,and provide clinical reference and research basis for the prevention and treatment of ulcerative colitis with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods Retrieve and organize the prescriptions for treating dysentery in the"Famous Formulas"section of the Zhong Hua Yi Dian.Use IBM SPSS Statistics 26 software to perform cluster analysis and factor analysis on high-frequency drugs used by medical practitioners in treating dysentery throughout history.Results 26 high-frequency drugs were obtained,with the spleen meridian as the main meridian regulating agent.Bitter and warm herbs were widely used,and the main medicinal effects were Qi regulating,spleen strengthening,and astringent herbs;Summarize 5 prescriptions for clinical treatment of ulcerative colitis through cluster analysis;The use of factor analysis indicates that the treatment of ulcerative colitis can be combined with herbal formulas that absorb dampness and promote muscle growth,dry dampness and detoxify,regulate Qi and promote stagnation,and nourish the spleen and blood.Conclusion The use of cluster analysis and factor analysis in the study of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for treating diarrhea has reference value for clinical and scientific research on the prevention and treatment of ulcerative colitis with traditional Chinese medicine.
