Study on Sensitivity Indicators and Distribution Patterns of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Types for Early Diagnosis of Acute Pancreatitis Based on Factor Analysis
Objective To explore the distribution patterns of serum biochemical indicators and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome types for early diagnosis of acute pancreatitis through factor analysis. Methods 65 patients diagnosed with acute pancreatitis in the Digestive Department of Affiliated Hospital of Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to May 2021 were selected as the study group, and 65 healthy individuals were selected as the control group.First visit serum biochemical indicators were established, and factor analysis was used to evaluate the principal components of each indicator and further determine the sensitive indicators for early diagnosis of acute pancreatitis.Conduct a study on the distribution pattern of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome types in 65 cases of the research group. Results After factor analysis, five components were extracted from the serum biochemical indicators of acute pancreatitis. The sensitivity indicators were ranked as neutrophil percentage, lactate dehydrogenase, white blood cells, amylase, lipase, and aspartate aminotransferase. The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome types of acute pancreatitis, from high to low, are:liver stagnation and Qi stagnation type, liver and gallbladder damp heat type, excessive heat accumulation type, blood stasis toxin mutual accumulation type, and internal closure and external detachment type. Conclusion Factor analysis can reveal the potential correlation between serum biochemical indicators in acute pancreatitis, providing a basis for further exploration of sensitive indicators for early diagnosis of acute pancreatitis;Neutrophil percentage, lactate dehydrogenase, white blood cells, amylase, lipase, and aspartate aminotransferase can be important serum biochemical indicators for early diagnosis of acute pancreatitis. The distribution of TCM syndrome types in acute pancreatitis is most common in the liver stagnation and Qi stagnation type, which is a common syndrome type in the early stage of acute pancreatitis.
