Effect of Zhongjiefeng Injection Combined with 5-FU on Proliferation and Apoptosis of Gastric Carcinoma Cells MGC-803
Objective To observe the effect of Zhongjiefeng injection (ZJF) combined with 5-fluorouracil (5-Fu) on cell proliferation,adhesion and apoptosis of human gastric carcinoma cell line MGC-803.Methods The cell proliferation inhibi-tion rate was detected by MTT assay ,the cell adhesion was observed by adhesion experiment ,and the cell apoptosis were observed by flow cytometry.Results ZJF and 5-Fu both could inhibit the growth of human gastric cancer cell line MGC-803 cells,and their effects were enhanced along with the increase of drug concentrations .Compared with ZJF or 5-Fu alone ,ZJF combined with 5-Fu got higher cell growth inhibition rate and apoptosis rate ( P<0.05) .Conclusion Compared with ZJF or 5-Fu alone,ZJF combined with 5-Fu could better inhibit the cell growth of human gastric cancer MGC-803 cells,suppress cell adhesion,and in-duce cell apoptosis .
