摘要
目的： CBCT技术对头颈部肿瘤放射治疗摆位的影响及其应用价值。方法对30例头颈部肿瘤患者放疗前采用CBCT进行图像采集，将CBCT扫描图像与CT平扫定位图像匹配。结果头颈部摆位误差：X（-0．02±0．18） cm；Y（-0．01±0．27）cm；Z（0．02±0．14）cm。结论治疗前通过CBCT获得扫描图像，可以减少分次治疗间摆位误差，提高放疗摆位精度，实现精确放疗。
Abstract
Objective To discuss the effect and application of CBCT in radiotherapy position of head and neck cancer . Methods Before radiotherapy ,30 cases of head and neck cancer received CBCT scan .Each CBCT image was matched with CT simulation image .The matching results were recorded and all correlative factors were analyzed .Results The accuracy of head and neck cancer post adjustment were X (-0.02 ±0.18)cm,Y(-0.01 ±0.27)cm,and Z(0.02 ±0.14)cm.Conclusion U-sing CBCT before treatment can decrease positioning errors each time and increase positioning precision ,ensure precise radiother-apy.
