Application of Combined Detection of Serum G-17,PGR,CEA,CA19-9 and Adiponectin in Gastric Cancer Screening
Objective To explore the value of combined detection of serum gastrin-17(G-17),pepsinogen ratio(PGR),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA19-9)and adiponectin in gastric cancer screening.Methods 58 patients with gastric cancer were selected as the observation group,and 58 patients with benign gastric diseases were selected as the control group.Fasting venous blood was collected from all patients to detect the levels of G-17,PGR,CEA,CA19-9 and adi-ponectin.The differences of serological indexes between the 2 groups and the changes of serological indexes in patients with differ-ent stages of gastric cancer were compared;The ROC curve was drawn to analyze the clinical value of serum G-17,PGR,CEA,CA19-9 and adiponectin in the diagnosis of gastric cancer.Results The levels of g-17[(16.25±2.18)pmol/l],cea[(12.84± 2.13)ng/ml],cal9-9[(42.53±4.28)U/ml]in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,pgr[(4.89 ±0.42)],adiponectin[(5.21±1.05)μG/ml]was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05);The levels of g-17[(14.58±1.69)pmol/l],cea[(8.64±1.32)ng/ml],ca19-9[(36.59±4.02)u/ml]in patients with stage Ⅰ~Ⅱ gastric cancer were lower than those in patients with stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ,pgr[(6.15±1.02)],adiponectin[(7.02±1.15)μG/ml]was higher than that of stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ patients,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The ROC curve analysis showed that the area under the curve(AUC)of G-17,PGR,CEA,CA19-9 and adiponectin for the diagnosis of gastric cancer were 0.782,0.775,0.784,0.786,0.722 and 0.950 respectively,and the diagnostic value of combined detection was the highest.Conclusion the combined detection of serum G-17,PGR,CEA,CA19-9 and adiponectin is of high value in gastric cancer screening,which can improve the diagnostic efficiency and facilitate the early clinical screening.
