Diagnostic Value of Serum miR-374a,TSGF and SCCAg for Lymph Node Metastasis of Early Cervical Cancer
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of serum miR-374a,tumor specific growth factors(TSGF)and squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCCAg)for lymph node metastasis(LNM)of early cervical cancer.Methods 109 patients with early cervical cancer were retrospectively analyzed,according to the presence or absence of LNM in postoperative pathology,they were divided into LNM group(28 cases)and non-LNM group(81 cases),Univariate and logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the related factors that might affect the LNM of cervical cancer,including age,degree of differentiation,FIGO stage,depth of stromal invasion,lymphovascular space invasion(LVSI),tumor diameter and serum miR-374a,TSGF and SCCAg.ROC curve was used to evaluate the diagnostic value of serum miR-374a,TSGF and SCCAg for LNM of cervical cancer.Results Univariate analysis showed that depth of stromal invasion,LVSI,tumor diameter,serum miR-374a,TSGF and SCCAg were associated with LNM of cervical cancer(P<0.05);age,degree of differentiation and FIGO stage were not associated with LNM of cervical cancer(P>0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the depth of stromal invasion ≥ 1/2,tumor diameter≥2 cm,serum miR-374a,TSGF and SCCAg were risk factors for LNM of cervical cancer(P<0.05);LVSI was not associated with LNM of cervical cancer(P>0.05).ROC curve showed that the AUC of serum miR-374a,TSGF,SCCAg alone and their combination in the diag-nosis of LNM of cervical cancer were 0.695,0.681,0.714,0.786,respectively;the sensitivity were 53.57%,82.14%,78.57%,82.14%,respectively;and the specificity were 90.12%,53.09%,65.43%and 72.84%,respectively.Conclusion Serum miR-374a,TSGF and SCCAg are risk factors for LNM of early cervical cancer,which is helpful for the diagnosis of LNM of early cervi-cal cancer,and the combination of the three has better diagnostic value.
