Serum Levels of Pokemon and AGR2 in Patients With Lung Cancer and Their Clinical Significance
Objective To investigate the expression levels of serum Pokemon and AGR2 in patients with lung cancer and their clinical significance.Methods 85 patients with NSCLC were included in the NSCLC group,and 85 patients with nor-mal physical examination were included in the control group.After compared the expression levels of serum Pokemon and AGR2 between the 2 groups and the factors affecting the expression of serum Pokemon and AGR2 in NSCLC patients,Receiver Operating Characteristic(ROC)curve was used to predict the optimal critical value.The efficacy of patients with different serum Pokemon and AGR2 expression was compared,and the independent risk factors affecting the prognosis of patients were analyzed.Results The levels of serum Pokemon[(189.68±91.13)ng/ml]and AGR2[(15.62±5.22)ng/ml]in NSCLC group were significant-ly higher than those in control group(t=16.792,P<0.001;t=20.439,P<0.001).Tumor diameter and TNM stage were the prognostic factors of NSCLC(P<0.05).Gender,age,smoking history,histological type,differentiation degree and lymph node metastasis were not the prognostic factors of NSCLC patients(P>0.05).Tumor diameter≥5cm and TNM stage Ⅳ were the fac-tors affecting serum Pokemon and AGR2 levels.Serum Pokemon level AUC=0.832(95%CI:0.674~0.988),serum AGR2 level AUC=0.814(95%CI:0.651~0.954).The total effective rate of treatment in Pokemon<135.08 ng/ml and AGR2<15.52 ng/ml groups was significantly higher than that in Pokemon≥ 135.08 ng/rnl and AGR2≥15.52 ng/ml groups(x2=6.079,P=0.014;x2=7.774,P=0.005).Lymph node metastasis,Pokemon≥135.08 ng/ml,AGR2 ≥ 15.52 ng/ml were all independent risk factors affecting the survival of NSCLC patients,P<0.05.Conclusion The expression levels of serum Pokemon and AGR2 are increased in patients with advanced NSCLC,which can be used as evaluation indicators of chemotherapy efficacy and progno-sis.
