Analysis of Influencing Factors of Acute Non Massive Pulmonary Embolism in Elderly Patients with Advanced Lung Cancer
Objective To explore the influencing factors of acute non massive pulmonary embolism(PE)in elderly pa-tients with advanced lung cancer(ALC).Methods 145 elderly patients with ALC were selected as the study subjects.48 pa-tients with acute non large area PE during hospitalization were divided into the observation group, and 97 patients without acute non large area PE were divided into the control group.Statistical analysis was conducted to investigate the risk factors of acute non large area PE in elderly patients with ALC by using clinical data such as gender, age, smoking history, and logistic regression anal-ysis.Results Single factor analysis showed that gender, age, body mass index(BMI),surgical history,PE history, hypertension history, platelet count, and pathological type were not significantly associated with acute non large area PE in elderly patients with ALC(P>0.05);D-dimer(D-D),hematocrit,TNM stage, fibrinogen(FIB),smoking history, and hemoglobin were significantly associated with acute non large area PE in patients(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that D-D ≥500μg/L,hematocrit<0.35%,TNM stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ,high FIB,smoking history, and hemoglobin>140 g/L were the main influencing factors for acute non large area PE in elderly lung cancer patients(P<0.05).Conclusion There are many factors influencing the occurrence of acute non large area PE in elderly patients with ALC,which are related to D-D≥500 μg/L,hematocrit<0.35%,TNM stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ,high FIB,smoking history,hemoglobin>140 g/L,and other related factors need to be actively paid attention to in clinical practice.
