Clinical Effect of Distal Remnant Stomach Combined with Double Channel Anastomosis in the Treatment of Upper Gastric Cancer
Objective To explore the clinical of distal remnant stomach preservation combined with double channel an-astomosis in the treatment of upper gastric cancer. Methods 80 patients with upper gastric cancer were selected as research ob-jects and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the order of single and even inclusion. The control group received total gastrectomy combined with Roux-en-Y esophagojejunostomy; The observation group received preserved distal gastric stump combined with double channel anastomosis. The operation related indexes, postoperative nutritional indexes,compli-cations and quality of life were compared between the 2 groups. Results The intraoperative blood loss, anal exhaust and hospital stay in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the operation time was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of total protein, albumin and hemoglobin in the observation group were higher than those in the con-trol group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 20.00%(8/40),lower than that in the control group(60.00%(24/40),P<0.05).The scores of all dimensions of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Distal residual stomach retention combined with double channel anastomosis for the treatment of upper gastric cancer can reduce postoperative complications, improve the nutritional status of the body, promote the rapid recovery of patients and improve the quality of life.
