Significance of the Clinical Expression of CXC Chemokine Receptor 2 in Colon Cancer Tissues
Objective To investigate the clinical expression significance of CXC chemokine receptor 2(CXCR2)in co-lon cancer tissues. Methods For 73 colon cancer patients, all patients collected tumor samples and detected CXCR2 expression and CXCR2 expression between tumor tissue and the age, sex, body mass index, tumor stage, lymph node metastasis, differentiation degree, and tumor diameter of CXCR2 expression for 3 years. Results The positive expression rate of TIM-3 in tumor tissue was higher than that in adjacent tissues,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The positive rate of TIM-3 expression was higher in patients with tumor stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ,with lymph node metastasis, low differentiation degree, and 3 cm tumor diameter than in tumor stage Ⅰ~Ⅱ patients, with no lymph node metastasis, moderate to high differentiation degree, and tumor diameter<3 cm,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Follow-up for 3 years,The recurrence and metastasis rate of 73 pa-tients was 35.62%(26/73);the CXCR2 positive expression group was higher than the CXCR2 negative expression group,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CXCR2 is more positively expressed in colon cancer tissues, which is closely related to tumor stage, tumor diameter and differentiation degree. Moreover, the patients with positive CXCR2 ex-pression are prone to lymph node metastasis and worse prognosis, which can be used as an important reference index for evaluating tumor invasion and prognosis.
