Expression and Clinical Significance of Serum CEACAM1 and TM4SF1 in Breast Cancer Tissues

摘要
目的 探讨血清癌胚抗原相关细胞粘附分子 1(carcino-embryonic antigen related cellular adhesion molecule 1,CEACAM1)、四次跨膜蛋白1(transmembrane 4 L six family member 1,TM4SF1)在乳腺癌组织中的表达及诊断价值.方法 收集乳腺癌96 例.采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测血清CEACAM1、TM4SF1 水平.统计血清CEACAM1、TM4SF1 水平与临床病理参数的关系及诊断效能.结果 乳腺癌血清CEACAM1、TM4SF1 水平与患者年龄、肿瘤直径、病理类型、雌激素受体、孕激素受体均无关,P>0.05,与病理分化程度、TNM分期、转移情况均有关.血清CEACAM1、TM4SF1 水平联合诊断效能均较单一诊断效能高,P<0.05.结论 血清CEACAM1、TM4SF1 水平与乳腺癌病理分化程度、TNM分期、转移情况均有关,可作为肿瘤诊断标志物,联合诊断效能更高.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the carcino-embryonic antigen related cellular adhesion molecule 1,Expression and diagnostic value of CEACAM1 and transmembrane 4 L six family member 1(TM4SF1)in breast cancer tissues.Methods 96 ca-ses of breast cancer were collected.Serum CEACAM1 and TM4SF1 levels were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The relationship between serum CEACAM1,TM4SF1 and clinicopathological parameters and diagnostic efficacy were analyzed.Results The serum CEACAM1 and TM4SF1 levels of breast cancer were not correlated with age,tumor diameter,pathological type,estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor(P>0.05),but were correlated with pathological differentiation,TNM stage and metastasis.The combined diagnostic efficacy of serum CEACAM1 and TM4SF1 was higher than that of single diagnosis(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum CEACAM1 and TM4SF1 levels are related to pathological differentiation,TNM stage and metastasis of breast cancer,and can be used as tumor diagnostic markers with higher combined diagnostic efficacy.
