Analysis of Postoperative Bleeding and Ischemia Risk in Percutaneous Coronary Artery Disease with Gastrointestinal Tumors
Objective To analyze the risk of bleeding and ischemia after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)combined with gastrointestinal tumors. Methods 90 patients with CHD complicated with digestive tract tumor undergoing PCI were selected and divided into occurrence group(n =27)and non-occurrence group(n =63)according to whether postoperative hemorrhage or ischemia occurred, collect the age, gender, body quality index, smoking history,BMI),peripheral vascular lesions, surgical stents and other clinical data, analyze the influencing factors of bleeding and ischemia in CHD patients with gastrointestinal cancer after PCI.Results Univariate analysis showed that age, smoking history, peripheral vascular history, sheathing tube type, and balloon dilation times were the influencing factors of postoperative hemorrhage and ischemia in patients with CHD complicated with digestive tract tumor after PCI(P<0.05);logistic regression showed that age>65 years, smoking history,>6F sheath, balloon dilation>3 were risk factors for bleeding and ischemia after PCI in CHD with gastrointestinal tumors(P<0.05).Conclusion There are many factors affecting bleeding and ischemia after PCI in pa-tients with CHD and digestive tract tumors. The clinical indicators of patients with risk factors should be closely observed clinical-ly,and timely preventive measures should be taken to reduce the incidence of postoperative bleeding and ischemia.
