Analysis of Influencing Factors of Functional Delayed Gastric Emptying After Laparoscopic Radical Cystectomy and Bricker Operation
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of functional delayed gastric emptying after laparoscopic radical cystectomy and bricker operation. Methods 69 patients with bladder cancer were selected and underwent laparoscopic radical cystectomy and bricker operation. The general data, basic diseases(hypertension, diabetes),bad habits, history of abdominal oper-ation,length of operation, intraoperative blood loss, intraoperative blood transfusion, preoperative and postoperative peripheral blood test indexes and tumor pathological data of all patients were collected. To analyze the influencing factors of gastric emptying after bricker operation. Results Among the 69 patients,54 patients without disturbance of gastric emptying after operation were the control group, and 15 patients with disturbance of gastric emptying were taken as the observation group. The results of univari-ate analysis showed that the value of fasting blood glucose and the duration of operation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, while the level of serum albumin before and after operation in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that preoperative serum albumin value,opera-tion time and postoperative fasting blood glucose value were independent influencing factors of postoperative gastric emptying after ileal bladder operation(P<0.05).Conclusion The occurrence of functional delayed gastric emptying after laparoscopic radical cystectomy and bricker operation is closely related to preoperative serum albumin, operation duration and postoperative fasting blood glucose.
