Study on the Expression of miR-92a、sICAM-1 and VEGF in Breast Cancer and Its Correlation with Ultrasonic Blood Flow Parameters
Objective To investigate the expression differences of Micrornas-92a(miR-92a),soluble intercellular adhe-sion molecule-1(sICAM-1)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in patients with breast cancer, and to analyze their correlation with ultrasound blood flow parameters. Methods 102 patients with breast cancer were retrospectively collected as the breast cancer group, and 100 patients with benign breast tumor were collected as the control group. The expressions of miR-92a,sICAM-1 and VEGF in the 2 groups were compared to analyze their diagnostic value.Doppler ultrasound was used to detect blood flow parameters at the lesion site of patients, mainly including peak arterial flow velocity(PSV),end-diastolic flow velocity(EDV),pulsation index(PI)and resistance index(RI),and to analyze the correlation between miR-92a,sICAM-1,VEGF and breast ultrasound blood flow parameters. Results The levels of miR-92a,sICAM-1 and VEGF in the breast cancer group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The area under curve(AUC)of the three combined tests for the diagnosis of breast cancer was 0.897,with a sensitivity of 89.3%and specificity of 90.0%.Logistic regression analysis showed that miR-92a,sICAM-1 and VEGF were important risk factors for breast cancer(P<0.05).PSV and EDV in breast cancer group were significantly higher than those in the control group, while PI and RI were sig-nificantly lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that the levels of miR-92a,sICAM-1 and VEGF were positively correlated with PSV and EDV,but negatively correlated with PI and RI(P<0.05).Conclusion miR-92a,sICAM-1,and VEGF are significantly elevated in breast cancer patients, and are closely re-lated to the ultrasound blood flow parameters of patients, which are important risk factors for breast cancer. The combined detec-tion of the three can contribute to the early diagnosis and disease evaluation of breast cancer.
