Analysis of Prognostic Factors in Patients with Malignant Tumors Combined with Acute Kidney Injury
Objective To study the prognosis of patients with malignant tumors combined with acute kidney injury and analyze its related influencing factors. Methods A prospective research method was used to select 84 patients with malignant tumors combined with acute kidney injury as the study subjects. They were divided into a good prognosis group and a poor progno-sis group based on the patient's prognosis.Clinical data were compared between the 2 groups, and a baseline data table was de-signed to incorporate statistically significant variables to construct a logistic regression model. The relevant influencing factors on the prognosis of patients with malignant tumors combined with acute kidney injury were analyzed. Results Among 84 patients with malignant tumors and acute kidney injury,32 had poor prognosis, accounting for38.10%;52 cases had a good prognosis,ac-counting for61.90%.The proportion of hypotension, mechanical ventilation treatment, and multiple organ failure in patients with malignant tumors combined with acute kidney injury in the poor prognosis group was higher than that in patients with good progno-sis group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The BUN level in the group with poor prognosis was higher than that in the group with good prognosis, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Constructing a logistic re-gression model, the analysis results showed that hypotension, mechanical ventilation treatment, multiple organ failure, and BUN levels were influencing factors for the prognosis of patients with malignant tumors and acute kidney injury(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with malignant tumors combined with acute kidney injury have a relatively high risk of poor prognosis.Low blood pressure, mechanical ventilation treatment, multiple organ failure, and BUN levels are influencing factors for the prognosis of patients with malignant tumors combined with acute kidney injury.
