Effect of Modified Diamond Flap in Surgical Defect Repair of Facial Basal Cell Carcinoma
Objective To study the clinical effect of modified rhomboid flap in the repair of surgical defects of facial basal cell carcinoma. Methods 96 cases of facial basal cell carcinoma were selected.According to the random number table method, they were divided into conventional group(n =48)and combined group(n =48).The conventional group used conven-tional tumor resection, and the combined group used modified rhombic flap defect repair on the basis of the conventional group. The perioperative changes, pain degree, scar changes, facial repair effect, satisfaction score and complications were compared be-tween the 2 groups. Results Compared with the conventional group, the incision length and skin defect area of the combined group were smaller, and the wound healing time was shorter(P<0.05);Compared with the routine group, the pain degree and scar change score in the combined group were lower after treatment(P<0.05);Compared with the routine group, the scores of color, function and aesthetics in the combined group were higher(P<0.05);Compared with the routine group, the scores of facial zygomatic buccal, nasal, frontal and other satisfaction in the combined group were higher(P<0.05);The complications in the combined group were 14.58%(7/48)and 31.25%(15/48)in the routine group(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of modified rhomboid flap in the repair of surgical defects of facial basal cell carcinoma can improve the perioperative changes,re-duce pain, reduce scar, improve the effect and satisfaction of facial repair, and reduce complications.
