Correlation Between LC-3,Beclin-1,P62 and Clinicopathological Characteristics of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer
Objective To explore the correlation between microtubule-associated protein 1 light chain 3(LC-3),autoph-agy regulatory factor Beclin-1,P62 and clinicopathological characteristics of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the data of 93 patients with NSCLC.The expressions of LC-3,Beclin-1 and P62 in cancer tissues and para-carcinoma tissues were compared. The differences in clinicopathological characteristics among patients with differ-ent expressions of LC-3,Beclin-1 and P62 were compared. Results The positive rates of LC-3 and Beclin-1 in cancer tissues were lower than those in para-carcinoma tissues, while positive rate of P62 was higher than that in para-carcinoma tissues(P<0.05).There were significant differences in pathological types,TNM staging and differentiation degree among patients with differ-ent expressions of LC-3,Beclin-1 and P62(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of LC-3,Beclin-1 and P62 are closely related to pathological types,TNM staging and differentiation degree in patients with NSCLC.The decrease of LC-3 and Beclin-1,and in-crease of P62 are correlated with the occurrence and development of lung cancer, and the 3 can be applied as auxiliary indexes in early evaluation of NSCLC patients.
