Feasibility of Cesarean Section with Myomectomy and Factors Influencing Maternal and Infant Outcomes
Objective To explore the feasibility of cesarean section with myomectomy and the factors influencing mater-nal and infant outcomes. Methods 64 pregnant women with hysteromyoma were selected as the study group, and hysteromyomec-tomy was performed at the same time, while 42 pregnant women who underwent simple cesarean section at the same time were se-lected as the control group. The perioperative indexes, newborn condition, recovery and complications of the 2 groups were com-pared,and the influencing factors of adverse maternal and infant outcomes in the observation group were analyzed. Results The operation time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05),There was no significant difference be-tween the 2 groups in the amount of intraoperative bleeding, anal exhaust time and hospital stay(P>0.05);There was no signifi-cant difference between the 2 groups in the amount of postpartum hemorrhage, menstrual recovery time and lochia cleaning time(P>0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the study group(10.94%)and the control group(9.52%)(P>0.05);There were significant differences in maternal BMI,gestational week, myoma location and myoma di-ameter between different maternal and infant outcomes(P<0.05);Logistic multivariate regression analysis showed that prenatal BMI,gestational age, myoma location, and myoma diameter were the influencing factors of maternal and infant outcomes(P<0.05).Conclusion Cesarean section with myomectomy is feasible in pregnant women with uterine fibroids.Prenatal BMI,gesta-tional week, myoma location, and myoma diameter are factors that affecting maternal and infant outcomes.
