Objective To investigate the effects of stellate ganglion block combined with morphine on cancer pain and anti-tumor factors in advanced cancer patients. Methods 84 patients with advanced cancer were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups with 42 cases each. The control group was treated with morphine, while the observation group was treated with stel-late ganglion block in addition to the control group. The efficacy was evaluated 30 days after treatment.Compare the pain scores, morphine use,self-efficacy,anti-tumor factor levels, pain factor levels, and adverse reactions between the 2 groups. Results The VAS score and morphine usage in the observation group were(2.32±0.24)points,(1.89±0.24)points,(38.96±3.25)mg,and(42.36±3.37)mg at the 15th and 30th days of treatment, which were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).In the observation group,PSE score,FSE score,CSE score, and IFN-γ、TNF-α scores after treatment were(55.48±4.63),(52.47±4.72),(51.89±4.53),(20.36±3.69)pg/mL,and(4.97±0.89)pg/mL,respec-tively,which were higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);After treatment, the PGE2,5-HT,and SP levels in the observation group were(62.35±5.28)pg/mL,(0.33±0.08)pg/mL,and(53.65±5.02)pg/mL,which were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Stellate ganglion block combined with morphine can improve the analgesic effect of advanced cancer patients, reduce the secretion of pain factors, alleviate the impact of pain on self-efficacy,and also enhance IFN-γ、TNF-α Horizontal, safe and reliable.
