Mimics三维重建在胸腔镜支气管源性囊肿切除术前的应用效果

目的 分析在单操作孔胸腔镜支气管源性囊肿切除术前应用Mimics软件进行三维重建的效果.方法 收集行单操作孔电视胸腔镜手术治疗支气管源性囊肿 60 例患者临床资料,按照是否应用Mimics软件进行术前三维重建规划,将其分为为术前规划组40 例和不规划组20 例.比较2 组手术效果以及患者术后并发症发生率.结果 规划组手术切口长度较不规划组更短,规划组手术时间[(106.50±28.15)min]、术后胸管留置时间[(3.91±0.84)d]、术后住院天数[(8.50±1.04)d],均短于不规划组[(147.32±24.42)min、(5.43±0.63)d、(9.97±1.63)d],规划组术中出血量[(50.42±25.62)ml]、术后胸腔总引流量[(386.17±119.23)ml]均少于不规划组[(91.64±24.18)ml、(647.25±203.47)ml].规划组术后并发症的发生率较未规划组低(P<0.05).结论 术前规划应用Mimics三维重建技术可显著提高单操作孔胸腔镜支气管源性囊肿切除术的治疗效果,值得临床推广应用.
Application of Mimics 3D Reconstruction in Thoracoscopic Bronchogenic Cyst Resection
Objective To analyze the effect of Mimics software on thoracoscopic bronchogenic cyst resection.Methods 60 patients with bronchogenic cysts treated by single operating-hole video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery were collected and divid-ed into preoperative planning group(40 cases)and unplanning group(20 cases)according to whether Mimics software was used for preoperative 3D reconstruction planning.The operative effect and postoperative complication rate of the 2 groups were compared.Results Incision location and incision length in the planning group were more accurate than those in the non-planning group.The operation time of the planning group was(106.50±28.15)min,the retention time of postoperative chest tube was(3.91±0.84)d,and the postoperative hospital stay was(8.50±1.04)d,which were all shorter than those of the non-planning group(147.32±24.42)min,(5.43±0.63)d,(9.97±1.63)d.Intraoperative blood loss(50.42±25.62)ml and total thoracic drain-age volume(386.17±119.23)ml in the planning group were less than those in the non-planning group(91.64±24.18)ml and(647.25±203.47)ml.The incidence of postoperative complications in the planning group was lower than that in the non-plan-ning group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Preoperative planning and application of Mimics 3D reconstruction technology can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of thoracoscopic bronchogenic cyst resection with single operating hole,which is worthy of clinical application.
