Diagnostic Value of DCE-MRI Combined with DWI in Preoperative Staging of Rectal Cancer Patients
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of DCE-MRI combined with DWI in preoperative staging of rectal cancer patients. Methods DCE-MRI combined with DWI diagnosis was performed on 155 patients with rectal cancer, and its di-agnostic effect on preoperative staging was analyzed. Results Using the surgical pathological examination results as the diagnostic gold standard, the accuracy rates of preoperative staging diagnosis for DWI,DCE-MRI,and DWI + DCE-MRI were 73.55%,74.84%,and96.13%,respectively.There was a statistically significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).In different stages of DCE-MR parameters,Ktrams,Kep,Ve values in N0 stage were relatively small compared to N1-N2 stage, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The Ktrams,Kep,and Ve values in T1-T2 phase were smaller than those in T3-T4 phase, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion DCE-MRI combined with DWI has a significant diagnostic effect on preoperative staging of rectal cancer patients, which can improve the cure rate of patients and is worthy of research and promotion.
