Objective To investigate the prognosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)patients with T1 stage and differ-ent cervical lymph node metastasis states during precise radiotherapy. Methods 86 locally early NPC patients(T1N0-3M0-1 stage)who underwent simple radiotherapy or chemotherapy were selected as the study subjects. All patients were followed up for 3 years after treatment.Kaplan Meier analysis was used to investigate the survival prognosis of NPC patients in T1 stage with differ-ent cervical lymph node metastasis states. Results The overall 3-year survival rate of 86 patients was 90.70%(78/86),of which 27 patients with T1N0M0 stage survived, with a survival rate of 100%(27/27);A total of 32 T1N1M0 patients survived, with a survival rate of 91.43%(32/35);A total of 9 T1N2M0 patients survived, with a survival rate of 90.00%(9/10);A total of 6 T1N3M0 patients survived, with a survival rate of 75.00%(6/8);A total of 4 T1N0-3M1 patients survived, with a survival rate of 66.67%(4/6).Among T1 stage NPC patients with different N stages who underwent simple radiotherapy or radiochemotherapy,a total of 13 cases failed treatment,of which5 cases had simple recurrence, accounting for38.46%(5/13);There were6 cases of simple metastasis, accounting for46.15%(6/13);There were 2 cases of recurrence and metastasis, accounting for 15.38%(2/13).A total of 18 out of 86 patients experienced adverse reactions, with dry mouth accounting for 33.33%(6/18),followed by 4 cases of dental discomfort(22.22%),3 cases of auditory damage(16.67%),3 cases of auditory abnormalities(16.67%),1 case of taste abnormalities(5.56%),and 1 case of neck stiffness(5.56%).Conclusion T1 stage NPC patients have a higher rate of cervical lymph node metastasis, but radiotherapy is effective in controlling the condition. The long-term adverse reactions of precise radiotherapy techniques have no significant impact on the quality of life of patients.
