Application Value of Fluorescent Reverse Staining Technique Guided by IQQA-3D Image Analysis System in Single-port Thoracoscopic Segmental Resection of Lung Adenocarci-noma Patients
Objective To explore the application value of fluorescence reverse staining technique under the guidance of the three-dimensional intelligent interactive Qualitative and quantitative analysis(IQQA-3D)image analysis system in the single-hole thoracoscopic segmentectomy of lung gland patients.Methods A total of 96 patients with lung adenocarcinoma underwent single-port thoracoscopic segmentectomy were selected.According to different actual operation techniques,they were divided into the observation group(n = 54,single-port thoracoscopic segmentectom with fluorescent reverse-staining under the guidance of IQQA-3D image analysis system)and the control group(n =42,traditional single-port thoracoscopic segmentectomy).The opera-tion time,intraoperative blood loss,continuous drainage time of chest tube,postoperative hospitalization time,surgical margin width,identification rate and appearance time of boundary line,and incidence of postoperative adverse events in the 2 groups were recorded and compared.Results The operation time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and intraoperative blood loss was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the duration of chest tube drainage and postoperative hospital stay between the 2 groups(P>0.05).In addition,there was no signifi-cant difference in surgical margin width between the 2 groups(P>0.05).The identification rate of boundary line in the observa-tion group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and appearance time of boundary line was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of fluorescent reverse-staining under the guidance of IQQA-3D image analysis system in single-port thoracoscopic segmentectomy for patients with lung adenocarcinoma can effec-tively shorten operation time,reduce intraoperative blood loss,improve identification rate of boundary line,shorten identification time and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
