Analysis of Situation and Influencing Factors of Lower Limb Deep Vein Thrombosis in Elderly Lung Cancer Patients
Objective To explore the formation and influencing factors of deep vein thrombosis(DVT)in elderly lung cancer inpatients, and to provide reference for clinical prevention and treatment of DVT.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 78 elderly lung cancer patients, who were divided into DVT group and non DVT group based on the occurrence of DVT.Collect 2 sets of basic data, conduct univariate analysis first, and then perform logistic regression analysis after obtaining statistically significant data to obtain independent risk factors affecting the formation of DVT in elderly lung cancer inpatients. Results A total of 18 cases out of 78 elderly lung cancer patients developed DVT,with an incidence rate of 23.08%(18/78).Univariate analysis showed that pathological type, tumor stage, diabetes, operation mode and adjuvant chemotherapy were significantly related to DVT formation in elderly lung cancer patients(P<0.05);Multivariate analysis showed that adenocar-cinoma,tumor stage Ⅲ,diabetes, thoracotomy, and adjuvant chemotherapy were independent risk factors for DVT formation in eld-erly hospitalized patients with lung cancer(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of DVT in elderly lung cancer inpa-tients is high.Adenocarcinoma, tumor stage Ⅲ,diabetes, thoracotomy, and adjuvant chemotherapy are independent risk factors af-fecting the formation of DVT in elderly lung cancer inpatients. It is necessary to formulate targeted interventions to reduce the inci-dence of DVT and improve the prognosis of patients.
