The Auxiliary Diagnostic Value of Serum LAIR2 Combined with CYFRA21-1,NSE and CEA in Lung Cancer
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of serum leukocyte associated immunoglobulin-like receptor 2(LAIR2)combined with cytokeratin 19 fragment(CYFRA21-1),neurospecific enolase(NSE)and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)in lung cancer.Methods 86 patients with lung cancer were retrospectively selected as the observation group,and 57 healthy people who underwent relevant examinations in the same period were selected as the control group.The general data,LAIR2,CYFRA21-1,NSE and CEA levels of the 2 groups were compared to evaluate the diagnostic value of LAIR2,CYFRA21-1,NSE and CEA in lung cancer.Results There was no significant difference in gender,age and body mass index between the 2 groups(P<0.05).The levels of LAIR2,CYFRA21-1,NSE and CEA in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).The observation group =1,control group =0 as dependent variables,and LAIR2,CYFRA21-1,NSE and CEA as independent variables were used for regression analysis.The results showed that LAIR2,CYFRA21-1,NSE and CEA were all independent risk factors for lung cancer.The prediction threshold of LAIR2 was 5.770 ng/ml,the sensitivity was 76.7%,and the specificity was 89.5%.The prediction threshold of CYFRA21-1 was 3.765ng/ml,the sensitivity was 80.2%and the specificity was 96.5%.The prediction threshold of NSE was 7.975ng/ml,the sensitivity was 79.1%,and the specificity was 87.7%.The predictive threshold of CEA was 3.120ng/ml,the sensitivity was 90.7%,and the specificity was 100.0%.The AUC area of LAIR2,CYFRA21-1,NSE,CEA and the combination of the four were 0.867,0.925,0.889,0.939 and 0.997,respective-ly.The AUC area of the combination of the four was the largest,the sensitivity was96.5%,the specificity was100.0%,and the prediction efficiency was good.Conclusion The serum levels of LAIR2,CYFRA21-1,NSE and CEA are abnormally increased in patients with lung cancer.Serum LAIR2 combined with CYFRA21-1,NSE and CEA have positive significance in the auxiliary di-agnosis of lung cancer.
