Related Influencing Factors of Postoperative Intestinal Fistula in Elderly Patients with Primary Gastric Cancer Underwent Laparoscopic Surgery
Objective To study the relevant influencing factors of intestinal fistula in elderly patients with primary gas-tric cancer who underwent laparoscopic surgery. Methods 150 elderly patients with primary gastric cancer were selected as the study subjects. All patients underwent laparoscopic surgery and were divided into 2 groups based on whether there was a postoper-ative intestinal fistula.40 patients with intestinal fistula were included in the observation group, and 110 patients without intestinal fistula were included in the control group.Conduct comparative analysis on the data of the 2 groups of patients, and conduct multi-ple regression analysis on statistically significant single factors to identify the influencing factors of postoperative intestinal fistula in patients. Results The proportion of patients with age≥75 years, diabetes, cirrhosis and preoperative malnutrition in the obser-vation group was higher than that in the control group, and the proportion of patients with BillroNhⅠdigestive tract reconstruction mode was also higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);In multiple regression analysis, diabetes, cirrhosis, preoperative nutritional status and the way of digestive tract reconstruction were the main influencing factors for postoperative intestinal fistula. Conclusion The complication of intestinal fistula in elderly patients with primary gastric cancer after laparoscopic surgery is re-lated to diabetes, cirrhosis, preoperative nutritional status and digestive tract reconstruction.
