The Relationship Between the Expression of BCSG1,LZTS1,VM in Breast Cancer Tis-sues and Local Recurrence of Patients
Objective To analyze the expression of breast cancer specific gene 1(BCSG1),human leucine zipper tumor suppressor gene 1(LZTS1)and angiogenesis mimicry(VM)in breast cancer tissues and their relationship with local recurrence after surgery. Methods 82 patients with breast cancer were selected, and their cancerous tissues and normal adjacent tissues were collected during the operation. The expression of BCSG1,LZTS1,VM was detected by immunohistochemical method, and the relationship between the 3 and the clinicopathological characteristics of the patients was analyzed;Followed up for 1 year after sur-gery,calculated the recurrence rate, and compared the expression differences of BCSG1,LZTS1,and VM between recurrent and non recurrent patients. Results The positive expression rates of BCSG1 and VM in cancer tissue were higher than those in nor-mal tissue adjacent to cancer, while the positive expression rate of LZTS1 was lower than that in normal tissue adjacent to cancer(P<0.05);The expression of BCSG1,LZTS1 and VM was not related to the age of breast cancer patients(P>0.05);It was re-lated to tumor diameter, lymph node metastasis, clinical stage, and degree of differentiation, and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05);Followed up for 1 year,a total of 28 cases recurred, with a recurrence rate of 34.15%(28/82).The positive expression rates of BCSG1 and VM in recurrent patients were higher than those in non recurrent patients, while the positive ex-pression rates of LZTS1 were lower than those in non recurrent patients, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Con-clusion The high expression of BCSG1 and VM in breast cancer tissue and the low expression of LZTS1 are related to the clini-copathological characteristics and local recurrence after operation.
