Analysis of Influencing Factors of Urinary Tract Infection After Radical Cervical Cancer Surgery
Objective To analyze the risk factors for urinary tract infections in cervical cancer patients underwent lapa-roscopic radical surgery. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 100 patients with cervical canc-er who underwent laparoscopic radical surgery, and the incidence of urinary tract infections was calculated; At the same time,rele-vant data such as age were collected from all patients, and a multivariate logistic regression analysis model was used to analyze the risk factors for postoperative urinary tract infections in cervical cancer patients. Results A total of 10 cases out of 100 cervical cancer patients underwent laparoscopic radical surgery and developed urinary tract infections, with an incidence rate of 10.00%(10/100).Univariate analysis showed that age, intraoperative bleeding, diabetes, operation time, catheter retention time, hospital stay, and urinary retention were related to the incidence of urinary tract infection in patients with cervical cancer after laparoscopic radical surgery(P<0.05);Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age≥60 years, intraoperative bleeding≥300 ml,combined with diabetes, operation time≥3 h,catheter retention time≥10 d,hospitalization time≥20 d,combined with urinary retention were independent risk factors for urinary tract infection after laparoscopic radical surgery for cervical cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion There are many risk factors for urinary tract infection in patients with cervical cancer after laparoscopic radical sur-gery,such as age≥60 years, intraoperative bleeding≥300 ml,diabetes, operation time≥3 hours, catheter retention time≥10 days, etc.
