Value of Combined Detection of Serum FOLR1,IL-1 β and SMRP in the Early Diagnosis of Epithelial Ovarian Cancer
Objective To analyze the value of combined detection of serum folate receptor-1(FOLR1),interleukin-1(IL-1β)and soluble mesothelin-related protein(SMRP)in the early diagnosis of epithelial ovarian cancer.Methods The clini-cal data of 150 patients with ovarian tumors were retrospectively analyzed.With the postoperative pathological diagnosis result as the gold standard,the patients were divided into epithelial ovarian cancer group(n=84)and non-epithelial ovarian cancer group(n=66)according to benign and malignant conditions,and serum FOLR1,IL-1 β and SMRP levels at admission were compared between the 2 groups.ROC curve was used to analyze the early diagnostic efficiency of serum FOLR1,IL-1β,SMRP at admission and combined detection on epithelial ovarian cancer.According to the clinical staging criteria,the patients in epithelial ovarian cancer group were classified into stage Ⅰ group(n=12),stage Ⅱ group(n=27),stage Ⅲ group(n=31)and stage Ⅳ group(n=14).The differences in serum levels of FOLR1,IL-1β,and SMRP were compared among patients with epithelial ovarian cancer of different clinical stages.Results The levels of serum FOLR1,IL-1 β and SMRP at admission in epithelial ovarian cancer group were higher than those in non-epithelial ovarian cancer group(P<0.05).The curves of serum FOLR1,IL-1 β,SMRP at admission and combined detection were significantly higher than the reference line(P<0.05),and their cut off values were 325.94 pg/ml,11.78 pg/ml and 3.28 pg/ml respectively.The levels of serum FOLR1,IL-1 β and SMRP at admission in epithelial ovarian cancer group were increased with the increase of clinical stage(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of serum FOLR1,IL-1 β and SMRP at admission has certain clinical diagnostic value in the early diagnosis of epithelial ovarian cancer.The higher the levels of serum FOLR1,IL-1 β and SMRP,the more serious the ovarian cancer.In clinical treatment,it is feasible to take treatment measures in advance according to serum FOLR1,IL-1 β and SMRP levels so as to avoid further further canceration of tumor.
