Assessment of the Efficacy of Postoperative PKRBT Combined with Different Bladder Perfusion Chemotherapy Regimens in Patients with Superficial Bladder Cancer and the Impact on Their sICAM-1 and Other Indicators and Prognosis
Objective To investigate the efficacy of postoperative PKRBT combined with different bladder perfusion chemotherapy regimens in patients with superficial bladder cancer and the impact on their sICAM-1 and other indicators and prog-nosis.Methods 113 patients with superficial bladder cancer were selected, all of whom underwent PKRBT and were divided into 2 groups according to the difference in bladder irrigation chemotherapy regimen after surgery.Among them,75 patients in the stud-y group were treated with piroxicam combined with gemcitabine bladder irrigation, while 38 patients in the control group were trea-ted with piroxicam bladder irrigation to compare the clinical efficacy and other differences between the 2 groups. Results The to-tal clinical effective rate of the study group(77.3%)was higher than that of the control group(44.7%)(P<0.05);The inci-dence rate of postoperative post-treatment adverse reactions of the study group(5.3%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(31.6%)(P<0.05);After the treatment, the serum indexes of the 2 groups were lower than those before the opera-tion and the more lower in the study group(P<0.05);1 year after the operation, the recurrence rate of the study group(2.7%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(23.7%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The administration of piroxicam com-bined with gemcitabine bladder irrigation after PKRBT can significantly improve the efficacy of patients with superficial bladder cancer, and at the same time improve the prognosis of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
