The Effect of Laparoscopic Comprehensive Staging Surgery on Stress Response and Postoperative Recovery in Early Ovarian Cancer Patients
Objective To explore the clinical value of laparoscopic comprehensive staging surgery for early ovarian canc-er patients. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 80 early ovarian cancer patients. They were divided into 2 groups based on different treatment methods.40 patients who received comprehensive staged open surgery were included in the control group, and 40 patients who received comprehensive staged laparoscopic surgery were included in the observation group. The surgical indicators, stress reactions, postoperative recovery, and incidence of complications were observed in both groups.Re-sults The observation group had less intraoperative bleeding compared to the control group, more pelvic lymph node resections, lower levels of stress response indicators 1 day after surgery, shorter time to get out of bed, exhaust the anus, indwelling drainage tubes, and hospitalization compared to the control group, and lower incidence of complications compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of laparoscopic comprehensive staging surgery in the treatment of early ovarian cancer pa-tients not only has minimal trauma and high safety, but also has mild stress response, which helps to promote postoperative recov-ery and shorten recovery time.
