The Relationship Between the Expression of PD-L1 and dMMR Related Proteins in Lung Cancer and Its Clinical Significance
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of PD-L1 and dMMR related proteins in lung cancer tissues and its clinical significance. Methods Paraffin specimens(cancer tissue, adjacent tissue)and related clinical data were collected from 71 patients diagnosed with lung cancer after radical lung resection.Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of PD-L1 and dMMR related proteins in cancer tissues and adjacent tissues and their clinical signifi-cance.Results The positive expressions of PD-L1 and dMMR related proteins in lung cancer tissues were higher than those in adjacent tissues(P<0.05).The expression of PD-L1 was correlated with T stage and TNM stage of lung cancer patients(P<0.05),but not with gender, age or N stage(P>0.05).The expression of dMMR related protein was correlated with TNM stage of lung cancer patients(P<0.05),but not with sex, age,T stage or N stage(P>0.05).The expression of PD-L1 was positively cor-related with dMMR(γ=0.296,P=0.022).The patients were divided into recurrence group and non-recurrence group.Multivari-ate Logistic regression analysis found that PD-L1 was a risk factor for recurrence,P<0.05,while dMMR was not a risk factor for recurrence,P>0.05.Conclusion PD-L1 and dMMR related proteins are highly expressed in lung cancer, and PD-L1 is a risk factor for tumor recurrence.
