Analysis of the Therapeutic Effect of Vinecycline Combined with Azacytidine on Elderly Patients with Acute Myeloid Leukemia
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of vinecycline combined with azacitidine in the treatment of elder-ly patients with acute myeloid leukemia. Methods 86 elderly patients with acute myeloid leukemia were randomly divided into 2 groups using a random number table method(with 43 cases in each group). The observation group received treatment with Vine-clavone combined with Azacytidine, while the control group received treatment with Azacytidine alone. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment, the plate-let count and white blood cell count of the observation group were higher than those of the control group; And the proportion of bone marrow primitive cells was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment, the levels of immune function in-dicators CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions during treatment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);After treatment, the GQOLI-74 questionnaire score for quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Regarding the treatment of elderly patients with acute myeloid leukemia, the combination of vineclavone and azacitidine has the advantages of high effectiveness and good safety. It can significantly improve the patient's blood indicators, immune function levels, and prognosis quality, and is worth refer-ring to for application.
