Analysis of Diagnostic Accuracy of Spiral CT for Ground-glass Nodules
Objective To investigate the qualitative diagnostic accuracy of spiral CT for ground-glass nodules in the lungs. Methods A total of 160 patients with ground-glass nodules confirmed by pathological examination were studied and all patients were compared with conventional CT and spiral CT,and the results of different spiral CT in benign and malignant patients were analyzed. Results The diagnostic accuracy of spiral CT was higher than that of conventional CT(P<0.05).the diameter and parenchyma of lesions detected by spiral CT were greater than those of benign patients(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in the proportion of irregular lesion margins in benign and malignant patients(P>0.05),and the proportions of lobula-tion sign, burr sign and pleural depression in malignant patients were higher than those in benign patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Spiral CT examination for pulmonary ground-glass nodules has high diagnostic accuracy, high lesion diameter and lesion parenchy-ma,and a large proportion of lobulation signs, burr signs and pleural depressions in patients with malignant patients, which can provide certain support for follow-up treatment.
