Analysis of the Value of Digestive Endoscopy in the Early Diagnosis of Patients with Gastrointestinal Tumors
Objective To analyze the value of digestive endoscopy in the early diagnosis of patients with gastrointestinal tumors. Methods A total of 102 patients were selected as the research subjects and divided into 2 groups, the observation group and the control group, the control group was treated with traditional endoscopic techniques and surgery, and the observation group was treated with digestive endoscopy combined with endoscopic mucosal resection, and the treatment effect, surgical indexes,com-plications and image quality scores of the 2 groups were analyzed. Results The diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy of the obser-vation group were high, and there were obvious differences between the 2 groups, and the operation time, intraoperative blood loss, and length of hospital stay were lower in the observation group(P<0.05),the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower and the difference was obvious(P<0.05),and the remission rate in the observation group was higher, and the number of progression cases was smaller, which was different from that in the control group,P<0.05.The scores of morphological ima-ging,gastric foveolar typing and capillary imaging in the observation group were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Digestive endos-copy has a good effect in the early diagnosis and treatment of patients with gastrointestinal tumors, which can effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy of the disease, improve the clinical treatment effect, and have high safety and rapid postoperative recovery.
