Correlation Analysis of HER-2 Protein with Clinical Pathological Features and MSCT Signs in Gastric Cancer Patients
Objective To explore the clinical significance of HER-2 protein testing in gastric cancer patients. Methods 110 gastric cancer patients were selected as the study subjects. All patients underwent MSCT examination, and pathological speci-mens were collected for immunohistochemical staining to detect HER-2 expression. The relationship between HER-2 expression and clinical pathological features and MSCT signs of gastric cancer was analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of HER-2 in patients with low differentiation and lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that in patients with high differentia-tion and no lymph node metastasis, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The venous CT value(HU)of patients with HER-2 positive expression was significantly lower than that of patients with HER-2 negative expression, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The low differentiation rate of HER-2(+++)expression patients was significantly higher than that of patients with HER-2(++)expression,and the lymph node metastasis rate of HER-2(+++)expression patients was significantly higher than that of patients with HER-2(++)expression,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)between HER-2(++)expression and HER-2(+++)expression in patients with surface roughness, ulcers, mesangial lymph node enlargement, plain scan CT values(HU),arterial CT values(HU),and venous CT values(HU).Conclusion There is a certain correlation between HER-2 protein expression and gastric cancer differentiation, lymph node metastasis, and MSCT venous phase CT values.
