The Value of Blue Laser Imaging and Linked Color Imaging in the Diagnosis of Early Gastric Cancer
Objective To investigate the diagnostic ability of blue laser imaging(BLI)and linked color imaging(LCI)in early gastric cancer(EGC)and other gastric lesions,such as Atrophic gastritis,Atrophic gastritis,and polyps.Methods A to-tal of 142 patients with early gastric cancer and other gastric lesions were selected.All patients were examined by white light en-doscopy,blue laser endoscopy and combined imaging technique.The patients with early cancer under white light endoscopy were recorded as the study group,and the patients with other gastric lesions were recorded as the control group.The accuracy of identi-fication of gastric lesions by magnifying gastroscopy and combined imaging was compared between the two groups,and confirmed by gold standard pathology.Results The coincidence rate of BLI in the diagnosis of EGC was 93.66%,the coincidence rate of linkage imaging in the diagnosis of EGC was 94.77%,there was no significant difference between them The accuracy of VS classi-fication for EGC was 72.55%in study group and 96.70%in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).BLI and LCI were significantly different in the diagnosis of EGC and other gastric lesions,chi-square test(P<0.05).The Kappa value was 0.842,0.861,P<0.05.The detection rate of EGC was 94.59%with blue laser magnifying gastroscopy,which was lower than that of 97.30%with linkage imaging,there was no significant difference between the two diagnostic methods(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of Blue laser endoscopy and Linkage imaging in the diagnosis of EGC and other lesions is very effective,which is in good agreement with the pathological gold standard diagnosis,and can judge the differentiation degree and the nature of the lesions,to provide the basis for clinical treatment,worthy of application and promotion.
