The Relationship Between the Expression of Serum IL-1,Lac and Pulmonary Infection in Patients with Bone Tumor After Propofol Anesthesia
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of serum interleukin-1(IL-1),lactic acid(Lac)and pulmonary infection in patients with bone tumor after propofol anesthesia. Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with bone tumors who underwent surgical treatment and propofol anesthesia were retrospectively analyzed.According to the pulmo-nary infection, the patients were divided into infection group(26 cases)and non-infection group(54 cases). The expression levels of IL-1 and Lac were detected, and the relationship between the expression levels of IL-1 and Lac and pulmonary infection was an-alyzed.Results Compared with the uninfected group, the expression levels of serum IL-1 and Lac in the infected group were sig-nificantly higher(P<0.05).Compared with the mild and moderate infection groups, the expression levels of serum IL-1 and Lac in the severe infection group were significantly higher;compared with the mild infection group, the expression levels of serum IL-1 and Lac in the moderate infection group were significantly higher(P<0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of serum IL-1+Lac detection were significantly higher than those of serum IL-1 and serum Lac detection(P<0.05).The expression levels of serum IL-1 and Lac were positively correlated with mild, moderate and severe pulmonary infection(P<0.05).Conclusion The expres-sion levels of serum IL-1 and Lac are related to the occurrence of pulmonary infection after bone tumor propofol anesthesia, and the severity of pulmonary infection can be judged according to the changes of their expression levels.
